R5F52106BDFM#V0 is a 32-bit high-performance and low-power microcontroller with RXv1 core launched by Renesas Electronics, belonging to the RX210 product group of the RX200 series. It adopts an efficient RX CPU architecture with a processing performance of 78 DMIPS. The chip integrates 256KB program flash, 32KB RAM and a wealth of peripheral interfaces (UART/SCI, I²C, SPI, CAN, etc.), and is equipped with a 12-channel 12-bit ADC, 2-channel 10-bit DAC, multi-functional timers, Event Link Controller (ELC) and power management module. It supports a wide voltage range of 1.62V~5.5V and an operating temperature of -40°C to +85°C, and is packaged in an 80-pin LFQFP.
